An organisation can be any academic department, professional services department, student sports club or student society at the University of Warwick. Events can be organised by and submitted on behalf of any organisation.

By filling in this form, you will become the lead contact for your organisation. You'll be able to add other contacts through the organisation portal so that other members of your team can also request events to be added to the system.

We will contact you by email if we need more information about an event you have submitted in the system or to let you know about updates or changes to the operation of the system.

You'll be asked to add a declaration to every event you submit agreeing to our event promotion terms.

Privacy notice

This form will be used to create an organisation account for you on our events system powered by CareerHub. All of the details provided in the 'About Your Organisation' section of the form will be processed and made available in the system to staff and students at the University of Warwick. Your personal details provided in the 'About You' section of the form will be used to create and administer this account, but will only be shared with other system administrator users. Please see our Staff Privacy Notice or Student Privacy Notice for further information.
