*Guidance Information - Part 1* Please use this upload facility to provide us with documentation to support of your DBS application. You are able to upload a maximum of 3 documents. Please refer to the DBS checklist to see a list of acceptable documents. Please create one file for each document. Please note that we are only able to accept documents with the following file extensions: .doc .pdf .jpg .gif .tif .bmp .txt. Please include your Warwick ID number in each of your filenames e.g. 0900000_Passport . You must click 'add' after selecting each document and then click 'done'.

*Guidance Information - Part 3* You will be asked to provide hard copies of your documentation after your DBS certificate has been issued. Your academic department will contact you to confirm when this will be.
