Book an Individual Appointment | Warwick Summer School

Students, agents or anyone else looking to support a student in applying to the Summer School can now sign up to speak directly with our team.

You can book a 20-minute, one-to-one appointment at a time that suits you, with a member of the Summer Schools team. All sessions will be delivered online via Microsoft Teams. The team will be available from Monday to Thursday, 10:00am - 4:00pm UK time.

We will try to accommodate your time/date preferences, but we may need to suggest alternative options if we are not available.

This form will be used to arrange an individual counselling appointment with our Summer Schools team. Your attendance at the event will be recorded and associated with your name.

The University of Warwick will process your personal data provided in this form for the purposes of contacting you with relevant information in relation to the Summer School and any other news and events about the University, if you have ticked the relevant box above.   Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick.

In order to process this data, it will be transferred outside the EEA to be held on the server of the software provider for the booking system. Your personal data will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of six years after the Warwick Summer School 2022 has taken place unless you indicated above that you wish to receive information about other news and events about the University.
