Group Bookings

Are you interested in a group booking for the Warwick Summer School? This page includes more detail about the process of booking a group onto this programme, along with some practical information and what's included. If you have further questions, then you can contact the team via email or our enquiry form, and you can also request an online meeting.

Our Warwick Summer School facilitates a large number of group bookings each year from across the globe. Over the years, we've had students join us in group bookings from 50 different Higher Education Institutions. Group sizes have varied from 5-40 and we have welcomed groups from China, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, the UK, Italy and Hong Kong.

We offer a free teacher place for groups of 10 or more students (excludes accommodation/catering), and we can also consider requests for a Summer School Memorandum of Understanding (MOU).
