We're delighted that you're planning to join us for our 2024 Warwick Summer School!
These offer holder pages hold lots of information about the next steps ahead of your arrival, including booking accommodation, securing a place on additional trips, as well as chance to familiarise yourself with the course handbook, which has lots of practical details about your time on the course.

Accommodation
We have some fantastic accommodation options available on campus for the duration of the Summer School You can also choose your catering options as part of the accommodation booking.
Trips and Activities
There are lots of social activities already included in your Summer School schedule, but there is also the opportunity to book day trips off-campus, or book additional on-campus activities, like rock-climbing.
Course Handbook
Your course handbook is full of useful information and we recommend that you read through this before you arrive for the course.
Setting up your Warwick IT account
You will have received an email with your Warwick ID number on it and instructions on how to register for a Warwick IT account.
1. To register for your Warwick IT Services Account you will need your Warwick ID number, please click here to set up your account.
2. Once you have registered for your IT Services account you will need to upload a photo of yourself for your Warwick ID card. Please click here to upload your photo. You will need your ID card to access facilities on campus such as the Library, Sports Centre and teaching rooms.
Please note: We will need a recent photograph to appear on your ID card - this can be taken on a smart phone and does not need to be a professional photograph. Please read our photo guidance below uploading your photo. You can find our photo guidelines here.
