Accommodation Packages

You can use the form on this page to book your accommodation for the Warwick Summer School. Standard accommodation packages will check-in on Sunday 14 July, with check out on Saturday 3 August.

You can book one or two extra nights of accommodation at the start and/or end of the course if you require this. This option has limited availability. If you require extra nights of accommodation, please ensure this is in the same residence that you have chosen to stay in for the rest of the course.

Accommodation is subject to availability and offered on a first-paid first-served basis. You are also able to arrange your own accommodation independently if you wish.

Food

We offer a variety of catering packages to suit all needs. You will select your catering option as part of your accommodation booking on the form below, so please check you have read what is included:

Room only

Pay as you go meals each day, no meals included (we are a cashless campus, so it is card payments only)

Bed and Breakfast package

Full English or continental breakfast each morning

Half board package

Full English or continental breakfast each morning
Two course self-service dinner each day (apart from on days when dinner is provided as part of the social programme)

Please note that crockery, pots, pans and cutlery are not provided in kitchens, regardless of your catering package.

Rootes Halls of Residence

Situated on central campus, close to the Students Union, Rootes Halls is the lowest price accommodation we offer for the Summer School. Rootes offers single study bedrooms with a wash basin. Students will share a bathroom and kitchen facilities. Kitchen facilities include a microwave, toaster, cooker, kettle and fridge/freezers. Please note that crockery, pots, pans and cutlery are not provided in kitchens. Shared bathrooms are cleaned daily, shared kitchens are cleaned weekly.

Rootes Student Bedroom - single bed and a desk

Jack Martin Halls of Residence

Situated on central campus, Jack Martin Halls offer single study en-suite bedrooms with a three quarter sized bed. Bathrooms include toilet, washbasin and shower. Students will share kitchen facilities. Kitchen facilities include a microwave, toaster, cooker, kettle and fridge/freezers. Please note crockery, pots, pans and cutlery are not provided in kitchens. Shared kitchens are cleaned weekly.

Arthur Vick Halls of Residence

Once you have a confirmed booking for the Summer School you will not be able to cancel and receive a refund.

We recommend that you do not book and pay for accommodation until you have a confirmed visa in order to attend the Summer School
