What to do next?

Discover your offer holder timeline, follow the steps to respond to your offer, tick everything off the checklist and get yourself prepared for your Summer School journey!

We will update the Offer Holder pages regularly when booking links and further information become available, you will also receive emails with any updates to make sure you are kept up-to-date.

1. Pay your Deposit

To secure your place at the Warwick Summer School, you are required to pay a £1,000 deposit. To make your payment, please use the payment link in the offer email we sent to you.

2. Understanding your Visa Requirements (April)

A Visit Visa permits the following types of study in the UK, for up to six months duration.

If you a national of Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia or the United Arab Emirates then you must be granted a Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) Link opens in a new windowbefore your journey.

3. Accommodation (May/June)

Bookings will open in May/June. In the meantime, students can visit our accommodation pages to explore what is on offer.

We suggest you only book accommodation after securing your visa.

4. Fill out Enrolment Forms (May/June)

There are some important forms that we need you to complete before you can join the course. These will be emailed to you prior to the course start date and added to the Offer Holder page.

5. Finalise your Payment

Final payments are to be made by 13 June 2025. Please use the link via the email you received from us to complete this step.

6. Preparing for Your Warwick Summer School Experience (June/July)

We know that there is a lot of information to process, so we will hold online pre-departure briefings for all paid (fully or deposit) Warwick Summer School offer holder students and/or parents closer to the course start date. We will email you with a range of dates to book onto.

Read the Course Handbook

You will receive our digital handbook before you join us. We recommend that you read the course handbook ahead of your arrival for the course, as there is lots of useful information included that will help you to settle in quickly.


Book Optional Trips

There are lots of social activities already included in your Summer School schedule, but there is also the opportunity to book day trips off-campus to iconic UK cities such as London, Oxford and Bath.
