1. Describe your current role and what attracted you to it
I am a Commercial Director leading a global team of 40 Key Account Managers serving customers Globally across Medical, Datacom/Telecom, Power & Industrial, Wind, and Solar markets. Henkel delivers highly engineered specialty adhesive solutions critical to the manufacture of advanced industrial devices. The role offers a uniquely technical leadership platform spanning diverse applications and end markets.

2. What are the key sustainability skills you learnt at Warwick that have helped you with your career to date?
With a Chemistry degree from Warwick, I bring a strong technical foundation to sustainability challenges and solutions. This enables me to engage credibly at multiple levels. Bridging commercial priorities with scientific and environmental considerations.

3. What top tips do you have for Warwick graduates who would like to work in your sector?
I view sustainability as a core commercial lever and competitive differentiator. It is as important to operate sustainably as it is to deliver sustainable solutions. In many cases, sustainability drives cost efficiencies rather than added expense, especially when embedded at the design stage. Meaningful progress is cumulative. Incremental gains at scale deliver significant impact over time.
