Thank you to those who came to our first Energy Walk on the 13^th of June. It was brilliant to see so much enthusiasm and interest for the energy projects happening on campus. This walk included discussions around:

• Boreholes and how we are testing to see how best to access thermal energy in the ground
• Solar panels on campus, which can currently generate 1MW of electricity at peak output
• The energy transition over the years
• How the Faculty of Arts building is adapted to be efficient e.g. automatic blinds
• Ways to manage temperature in your own homes
