What is knowledge exchange?

Simply put it's the sharing of knowledge, ideas, expertise and experiences. This sharing happens in all directions. 'What' is shared does not need to be specific, detailed or complicated. It's important everyone fully recognises and appreciates their own (and each other’s) value and input.
