Minibus Booking Form

The form must be completed by Project Leaders to request a 16 seater Minibus from the University of Warwick.

Terms and Conditions

Please be aware that Warwick Volunteers is charged a cancellation fee if no volunteers show up or are late for a taxi. Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a taxi journey, contact the office on tel. 024 76572763 or email volunteers@warwick.ac.uk. If the office is closed you can cancel the taxi by calling Trinity Taxis (part of the Allens Taxi Group) on 02476 999999.

Any volunteers that continue to turn up late or fail to cancel a taxi will not be permitted to book a taxi through Warwick Volunteers in the future. (required)

This form will only be used to book a minibus journey. We will not use the information provided for any other purpose. The University of Warwick will process data provided on this form for the purposes of booking a taxi journey with Warwick Volunteers. The legal basis for processing this personal data is that it is necessary for booking a taxi journey. Your personal data will be shared with the taxi company as part of their bookings procedure for the purposes of the journey. Data will not be shared with any other third parties external to the University of Warwick. Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA.
