Subject: Access to email accounts - Finalists

 

Dear all,

I hope you're doing well and that the wait for your final results isn't too agonizing. As a reminder, results for finalists will be available on Tabula on 12 July. A few of you have emailed me to say that you think your email accounts and Tabula/ library access will be cut off on 2 or 3 July. I've had confirmation from IT Services that this is not the case. Please check out the leaflet on expiry of accounts for leavers at this link - https://warwick.ac.uk/services/its/servicessupport/helpdesk/leaflets/its_account/leaflet1a.pdf - the leaflet confirms your accounts will stay live for a further 8 weeks following the end of your course (which is this Friday).

Those of you who need library access over the summer and beyond because of resits will have this granted following the publication of your results. We will confirm this access following results day on 12 July. If you still get a reminder about your account expiring, please contact ugenglish@warwick.ac.uk who can request an extension via Student Records.

We'll be in touch with some much more exciting news than the contents of this email in the next couple of days about our virtual graduation plans. Until then!
