Dear Postdoctoral Researchers,
📅 Following a successful first social last term, we are having our next FREE HOT BUFFET & SOCIAL on Wednesday 21st January from 17:00!
We, a group of researchers at the University, are launching the Warwick Postdoctoral Community (WPC) 🎉 - an initiative aimed at fostering informal connections and building a sense of community among postdoctoral research fellows and research associates across the University.
Our first event this term is a meet-and-greet session for the above-mentioned staff across all the faculties and departments - a chance to meet new people, catch up with familiar faces, and hear what the postdoc experience is like for others.
On Wednesday 21st January, we’ll be hosting the session from17:00 - 19:30 that would include:
✅ Icebreaker sessions with welcome drinks (17:00 - 17:30)
✅ A sneak peek into “A Day in the Life” of postdoctoral staff across disciplines (17:30–18:00)
✅ And most importantly - a HOT BUFFET DINNER and socialising (because who doesn’t love good food and great company?) (18:00–19:30)
