8. Images
An image set at 400 pixels wide, default alignment - text follows afterwards
An image 500 pixels wide with a 50pixel margin on the right so that the text can fit alongside it

An image slideshow (must be jpg files) - set at 400x400 pixels, autostart with pan and zoom
9. Video
Code from youtube - click on the share option below a video, select embed and then copy the code. This is the default size (16:9 ratio) you can have it smaller or larger but should keep the ratio the same. I tend to use 800x450 (a bit larger than this). The code for this looks like this
