Accommodation and Campus Facilities

To get the most out of the TaPRA 2025 conference we encourage you to book on-campus accommodation. This is because we have activities scaffolding the conference that will also take place on campus.

We have reserved rooms in Bluebell Halls of Residence, which is a very modern, comfortable student accommodation on campus. We anticipate these rooms to cost £55 per night.

In addition, we have reserved a limited number of rooms in Radcliffe House, one of the 4 star hotels on campus, which we anticipate will cost £70 per night.

Checking In

If you are checking in to Scarman House, you can go directly to the accommodation where you’ll find a 24 Hour Reception. If you’re checking into halls of residence, you will find the reception desk in the Student's Union Building. This is open until 10pm. If you arrive after this time, you should visit the Community Safety Team's hub.

Breakfast

Breakfast for Radcliffe guests is served in the dining room within Radcliffe House.

Breakfast for guests staying in Bluebell will be served in the Rootes Restaurant on the first floor of the Rootes Building.

Sports and Wellbeing Hub

If you're staying on campus, you will be given free access to the gym and pool at Warwick's Sports and Wellness Hub. Details for how to get access can be found here.
