If you're checking in to Radcliffe, you can go directly to the hotel where you’ll find a 24 hour Reception and its own car parking.

If you're checking in to Bluebell or Jack Martin halls of residence, you should aim for central campus car parks and follow signage for Conference Parking. For these halls of residence:

  • Check in and key collection is at Conference Reception in Senate House, very close to the Faculty of Arts building and Oculus, where the conference will be held. This is open from 7am until 10pm.
  • You will be provided with a key card which will give you access to your bedroom, kitchen and entry door to the accommodation block. Please ensure you update your key on the key access point before entering your accommodation block.
  • Bedroom keys will be available to collect from 15:00 to 22:00 at Conference Reception on your day of arrival.
  • If you plan to arrive after 22:00, please contact Conference Reception to arrange late key collection ccvreception@warwick.ac.uk or 02476 528910. The location of key collection after 22:00 will be confirmed on request but is likely to be from the reception desk at Radcliffe hotel.
