Bio: Aoife Brophy is Lecturer in Innovation and Enterprise at the University of Oxford, in a joint appointment between the Said Business School and the Smith School of Enterprise and the Environment. She is interested in how to guide innovation in ways that can help society to address some of our most complex sustainable development challenges. Her work focuses on understanding the drivers and outcomes of innovation and entrepreneurship in contexts including off-grid energy in sub-Saharan Africa, sustainable districts in Switzerland and the emerging carbon dioxide removals ecosystem.
