Virtual Workshop: Exchanging knowledge for enhancing flood resilience in Brazil and the UK
This virtual workshop was conducted under the framework of the International project ‘Waterproofing Data: Engaging Stakeholders in Sustainable Flood Risk Governance for Urban Resilience.’ Taking place on 8 June 2020, the main objective of the workshop was to bring together researchers and practitioners from the UK and Brazil to share their expertise in flood risk management and exchange their diverse experiences.
The workshop was divided into an initial introduction to the Waterproofing Data Project, individual presentations, which were conducted in pairs and were followed by a short round of discussions including group discussions facilitated by the organisers. These were followed by short group presentations.
