Our survey at Alonissos National Marine Park has now been completed and we received over 200 responses from people living in the area. Alonissos Marine National Park is one of the largest Marine Protected Areas in the Mediterranean Sea. Vassilis Gkoumas stayed in Alonissos for almost a month doing interviews and distributing questionnaires to local stakeholders. A key aim of his research was to capture and explain the level of support for the Protected Area. The Full report is expected to be published by mid September and will be available in this website.
