The four categories of support
The type of support you will need depends on what you are trying to achieve: defining goals; blueprinting designs; building; or operating. If possible, go through these steps in a linear sequence. If you are trying to achieve something new, and you haven't seen it done before at Warwick, you should always go through the blueprinting stage with people who know our systems well.
Defining
What do you want to achieve? How might you change practice to achieve those goals?
Blueprinting
Make detailed-enough plans specifying what you want to build and how you will implement your design.
Building
Implement plans & digital artefacts. Configure systems. Use templates and access expert help.
Operating
Get timely information about possible problems. Find solutions fast and efficiently when problems occur.
