New report launch: Improving urban policy design and delivery in the City of Santiago, Chile
CIM's Carla Washbourne has contributed as an international urban expert to the LSE Santiago Urban Age Task Force. Led by LSE Cities, this year-long
collaboration between international and local experts from Universidad de Santiago de Chile and the Santiago Regional Government, sought to improve
urban policy design and delivery in Chile’s leading metropolitan region. The Governor of Santiago, Claudio Orrego, launched the two Task Force reports, with hopes that they will transform the sustainability, democratic accountability and quality of life of the region.
