IM913 Data deletion form

This form is to be completed by ALL students who participated in the IM913 Spatial Methods and Practice in Urban Science module in the Autumn Term 18/19.

Twitter data (in .csv and shapefiles) was provided to you from Moodle during the lab sessions. To comply with GDPR, this data was only allowed to be used for the lab sessions/coursework throughout the module and must now be removed for data protection.

You must first delete ALL Twitter data from your personal machines (including raw .csv files, all GIS files and any files where you have combined or included Twitter data). Please then fill out the following form to confirm you have done so.

Privacy notice
This form will be used to manage your accordance with the requirements of the IM913 module. Your confirmation will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of compliance.
