The role includes (but is not limited to) the following duties:

Coursework Management

  • Coursework management for CIM staff and students

Communication

  • First point of contact for staff, students and visitors’ queries

Student Support

  • Responsible for academic course support for academic staff and students
  • Managing PGR and PGT Student Records
  • Oversight of PGR and PGT attendance and progress
  • Managing Module Registration
  • Administration of all Mitigating Circumstances submissions

Resource Management

  • Responsible for the timetabling of all taught postgraduate lectures, seminars, workshops, skills sessions, lab classes and manage group teaching allocation.

Events

  • Provide support for organising academic events, including Welcome Week activities, Graduation, student conference, seminars, workshops, public engagement and outreach

Support

  • Providing administrative support for PGT Exam Boards, including production of Exam Grids, Exam Board documentation and liaising with External Examiners.
