We would be willing to sponsor up to £500 towards costs incurred in organising the Complexity Session during YRM2011, it being paying for Cxy speakers’ accommodation or food on the day. It *has* to have a Complexity flavour, otherwise we would not be able to justify the expenditure.
For ease of processing, I would like to see beforehand what would be paid and ideally would send in the payment myself – within UoW.

To be on the safe side, let us say that it must be internal charging and/or speaker travel claims on Warwick form.
