Off-campus Accommodation

Sara contacted Ibis Hotels in Coventry:
£4590 for 100 people for 2 nights. Based on:
1.split between 2 locations
2. everyone shares a room
3. 44 people share twin rooms, the rest share double rooms (I'm a bit unsure if this will work).
4. it includes breakfast.
5. I dont think they have facilities for evening meals, we can check.

It is a little more expensive (thought not much) to have everyone in the same place Would this be better?
Both hotels claim to be a single bus ride away from the university, though we should check this. I am also wondering, how practical is it to try to fit 100 people on busses in the morning?

Martine contacted student accommodation at Coventry University by phone on 17/05/2010. They do not let out student accommodation at Easter.
