The workshop is designed to help you make informed decisions and avoid lP pitfalls — right from the start. We'll cover brand protection (including trade marks) and the key contract terms that help you control of your IP.

Robert Sansby, Director of Chartered UK & European Patent Attorney
Rob has worked as a patent attorney for over a decade, following a technical background in mechanical engineering. Rob has worked at intellectual property law firms and also in-house at a multinational corporation, and four years ago he founded Lucidity IP. Having founded and grown Lucidity IP from the ground up, his focus is on advising start-up and scaling businesses how to manage and protect their intellectual property rights using cost-effective and commercially focussed strategies. Rob’s firm advises on a full range of IP matters, including patents, trade marks, registered designs and copyright.
