In this session, you’ll learn the importance of getting to know your customer and how to have meaningful conversations that yield valuable, actionable insights.
We’ll also cover how to make sense of what your customers are telling you to create a business that is desirable by your customers.

Students interested in starting a business and want to learn how to conduct preliminary customer feedback.
