Briefly describe your project or initiative. What will you do and why does this matter? What are the main objectives and outputs of your project? How will you use the fund to achieve your goals and objectives?

What specific skills, knowledge, or capabilities do you expect to develop through this project? How does completing this project fit into your long-term goals and ambitions?

Who is the intended community or audience for your work? Describe how the project’s outputs will be shared and how they will provide a clear benefit to the community? (Note: The Community should be explicitly based within Coventry & Warwickshire)

5. Innovation

What is novel about your project? How does your work differ from what already exists? This could be a new idea, approach, audience, or solution to an unmet need.

6. Delivery & feasibility

What are the key activities, milestones, and goals for your project and how you use the funding to address them? Please provide a timeline and briefly address any risks and how you plan to mitigate them. Please also share any work previously undertaken before applying to the Fund.

7. Legacy & sustainability

How will the project have value beyond its initial delivery? Describe how your project outputs and learnings could be sustained, scale, or built upon in the future.

Please outline the main costs involved and why each item is necessary. We strongly recommend you ask for the amount that you genuinely need as opposed to the maximum amount.

Please submit a 2-minute video pitch. This is an opportunity to bring your project to life in your own words.

We are interested in your idea, your motivation, and how your project aligns with the principles of the Fund: Personal Development, Community Impact, and Innovation. Use the video to clearly explain the main goals and objectives of your project, and how you will use the funding to achieve them.
