Tania Villanueva-Cabello - Research Project Officer

About

Tania is a Research Fellow and Online Teaching Resources Teaching Assistant at the Institute of Advanced Teaching and Learning (IATL).

She is looking after the promotion of the IATL module Understanding Wellbeing online module and the Monash-Warwick research project ‘Rethinking assessment Practices in higher education’.

She holds a PhD in Biochemistry in the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She is passionate on the research and has published scientific articles. She has taught theoretical and practical courses as well mentoring students, creating curriculum for undergraduate medical school programs in Mexico.

Before joining IATL, she served as Assistant Professor with a teaching focus at UAEM in Mexico, gaining experience into pedagogy and curriculum design.
