About the Tissue Image Analytics (TIA) Centre
Based in the University of Warwick's Department of Computer Science, the Tissue Image Analytics (TIA) Centre focuses on developing machine learning algorithms for use in medical image analysis. Our aim is to further the understanding of the biology and entangled histological patterns of complex diseases, such as cancer, and, ultimately, make a positive impact on the lives of patients. We therefore strive to be a hub of research excellence in computational pathology and associated research areas, and strongly value collaboration with other academic institutions, hospitals, and industrial partners.
