Karen recently completed the Warwick Leadership Development Programme, designed for staff who lead other managers or hold roles with external or university-wide influence. Additionally, it benefits staff whose roles involve operationalising the University’s strategy, providing academic leadership, shaping team operations to achieve objectives, facilitating strategic decision-making, and driving key influence or change.

The programme is designed around a series of engaging workshops and personalised 1:1 coaching sessions, empowering leaders to recognise their strengths and lead with their own authentic style. It also explores personal strengths and practical strategies to drive performance outcomes. Although delivered by the team at the University of Warwick, the course incorporates Strengthscope® — the only strengths assessment in the world to hold British Psychological Society-registered test status.

According to Strengthscope®, when people recognise and use their strengths, they deliver better outcomes for themselves, their teams and their organisations. Strengthscope® can unlock your teams' peak performance by revealing their unique strengths and giving them the tools to be their most inspired and authentic selves every day.
