Professor Andrew Forsyth is the Rolls-Royce / Royal Academy of Engineering Professor of Power Electronics at the University of Manchester. His research focuses on automotive and aerospace applications of power electronics and his expertise encompasses high-frequency switching techniques, power converter topologies and their control, high-frequency magnetics, energy storage / management techniques for onboard power networks including system stability and power quality.
