To run, simple execute the file. In Windows, place the file in your perl directory (or wherever you like if perl is in your path) and run by starting a command window (Start>Run>cmd) and typing the file name. 'Double-clicking' the file will work, but beware it will close cryptically upon completion or if you encounter any errors.
