Cameron Heather

About

I am a second year PhD student interested in Cosmology and my supervisor is Dr Siri Chongchitnan. Currently I am working on Extreme-value Statistics in Cosmology.

Education

I completed my MMath degree at the University of Sheffield. During my final year, I completed a dissertation project titled "Geodesics in Space-time" under the supervision of Prof Elizabeth Winstanley. I have also completed two summer projects in cosmology; "Using the Chameleon Mechanism to hide the fifth force" under the supervision of a PhD student Richard Daniel in 2020 and "How to speed up the expansion of the Universe" under the supervision of Prof Carsten van de Bruck in 2021.
