Useful Reminders

  • Try to maintain a regular routine – stick to your usual routine including following your normal sleep and waking up times, as well as setting meal times and regular working hours
  • Remember to stay hydrated
  • Remember to move and take regular breaks
  • Remember to breathe - the Headspace app has guided meditations which you can follow for just a few minutes each day
  • Remember to eat / not over eat - it may be helpful to plan and prepare meals in advance where possible
  • Go outside - this may be for a daily walk or run, or if possible outside into your garden
  • Take your annual leave
  • Stay connected with colleagues through Microsoft Teams
