Using Bioconductor in the R environment

A 1 day introduction to using Bioconductor , a set of freely available bioinformatic packages for the R statistical programming environment, to analyse data obtained from microarray experiments. This course was organised by Heather Turner of the University of Warwick department of statistics for ChipClub, the University of Warwick microarray user's group.

Genespring 7 Workshop, Levels I-IV

A 4 day training course on using the Genespring version 7 gene expression analysis suite, organised by Ewan Hunter of Silicon Genetics (now Agilent Technologies ). The four levels of the course cover all aspects of data analysis.

Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop CS
