This small application is a GUI for the docking software, AutoDock Vina. Please note, AutoDock Vina does not come with this application, but is available for free from the creators here. The path to the binary (in path/bin) has to be set using the menubar option. This application is released under an Academic licence. Any academic use is permitted, otherwise please get in touch.
