The Multimode AFM is a workhorse AFM excellent for topographic imaging of small samples. The Multimode has low noise and is capable of contact, tapping and STM mode imaging. Other imaging modes available include conducting AFM, EFM, imaging under solution. It has been upgraded with a Nanonis controller.
