A number of our PhD and MSc projects involve significant collaboration with a variety of companies, both providing excellent training for our students and a worthwhile productive investment for our partners.

We are happy to receive enquiries relating to how our organizations can work together, particularly with regard to potential collaborative research projects. We also run a successful industrial mentoring scheme, pairing up students with employees in industry. We are always looking for new contacts to work with.

An example of a recent successful collaboration is between Dr Sam Robson and Agilent Technologies who worked together to create sophisticated analysis software for elucidating information about the oncogene c-Myc. This provided the opportunity for Agilent to benefit from the fresh-thinking intellectual resources of Warwick in a cost-effective manner, whilst providing valuable commercial experience for Dr Robson.
