Skills Readiness for Industry 4

Selecting the right GCSEs, A-levels and Degree has become increasingly difficult for today’s ‘Generation Z’ teenagers. Many jobs that they are trying to prepare themselves for in the future, do not exist currently. This provides an equally challenging dilemma for the HR professionals who are seeking to secure the best talent for their organisations. They want to recruit future fit talent with the skills to thrive in an increasingly digital age.

In this session we explored the skills required to thrive in a digital age, providing insights from High Value Manufacturing, Legal, HR professional, and Generation Z perspectives.
