"Learning about how we can use AI to facilitate and support education has been fascinating. Contrary to popular belief, it isn’t about humanoid robots dominating the industry and substituting teachers. Rather, it is about alleviating our teachers’ workload and allowing a more tailored experience for the students. We are working on a platform to facilitate learning code for beginners using AI to tailor the pace at which content is covered as well as the format depending on the student’s learning abilities. I love the freedom and support my supervisor has offered me, allowing me to suggest ideas and contribute to the project, rather than just be told what to do."
