Dr Emily Henderson gave an invited keynote at the University of Hull symposium, 'Digital Scholars in a Mobile World' on 14th December 2016. The keynote panel, which also included Dr Jude Fransman (The Open University), Prof Gail Kinman (University of Bedfordshire) and Dr Fabiano Pinatti (Universität Siegen, Germany), discussed topics including academic mobility, work-life balance, and academic identity. Emily Henderson's paper, 'Conference time: academics aiming (not) to have been there' was based on a chapter she has written for a forthcoming edited collection entitled Feeling Academic in the Neoliberal University (Eds Yvette Taylor and Kinneret Lahad).
