An information pack with all of the detail of the conference and how to join will be sent to you a week before the conference.

Your attendance at the event will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will used only as a record of the event and in providing delegate information to the conference delegates in an e-document delegates have the opportunity to opt out of the delegate list in this form).
