This module requires you to carry out a small-scale case study in your setting, investigating an aspect of educational leadership or policy and the impact it has upon practice. You will need to identify an issue that has some resonance for your setting, explore the existing literature on the subject, select appropriate methods to examine it and interpret the data that you find.
