This is a 30-credit module that is linked to the Teach First Leadership Development Programme (TFLDP). It addresses three main elements of educational leadership:

• Leading Self

• Leading Learning

• Leading People

The module assessment requires you to present a portfolio that explores two of the elements listed above, drawing on both theory and practice.
