This project aims to create an inclusive, collegiate PGR community in which part-time students are fully integrated. Overnight writing retreats can play an important role in building community and supporting academic career progression, but there is little institutional knowledge of how to maximise the participation of part-time students, who often have additional personal/professional responsibilities. In this project, part-time PGR students will be involved at all stages in the co-design, delivery, and evaluation of an overnight writing retreat.
