Fair Chance Foundation founder visits the WAHEI team at Warwick
The WAHEI team welcomed Mr Sumir Karayi, founder of the Fair Chance Foundation, back to the University in June 2024. Mr Karayi made time in his busy schedule to visit the campus to meet members of the WAHEI project team and find out about project progress. The WAHEI team and Warwick Development Office discussed the project over lunch. Professor Caroline Meyer, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research) joined the group to express gratitude on behalf of the University for the Fair Chance Foundation’s support of the team’s research, and there was discussion of wider research themes that were of mutual interest. After lunch, WAHEI team leads accompanied Mr Karayi on a tour of the campus, as he is an alumnus of Warwick.
