Baneesha has been teaching for the most part of 20 years. Throughout her career she has taken on a variety of roles. These have included head of department, through to an assistant principal for behaviour. Each role has allowed her to develop her pedagogy and experience of how to facilitate our young people throughout their education. Baneesha's breadth of experience also covers state and independent education systems. The opportunity to now help shape the educators of the future is an exciting one for her, and she is excited to work with Warwick University and support the Centre of Educations core principals.
