Kirsty has over 30 years teaching experience and has been involved in initial teacher education for the past 13 years. Kirsty works across Primary and Early Years and International programmes supporting them both at university and in school. She leads on the International and Early Years programme and interviewing and selection for International, Primary and Early Years programmes. She is a Director for the Finham Multi Academy Trust.

Kirsty has extensive experience of supporting schools as an Early Years and Literacy Consultant for Warwickshire Local Authority as well as an Early Years and Key Stage 1 moderator and school governor. She has experience of leading both literacy and numeracy in school and has taught all age groups from Nursery to Year 6.
Kirsty has also spent a number of years teaching aboard in both Singapore and Madrid.
Kirsty has a degree in Mathematical Modelling , an MA in Education and works as an External Examiner for the University of Brighton.
