The Career Entry Development Profile (CEDP) is a document that is designed to support you in your transition from a PGCE trainee to an Early Career Teacher (ECT).

Building on teaching practice, this document asks that you reflect on your PGCE and consider your next steps. It is an opportunity for you to consider your teacher identity; your values; your aspirations; your areas for ongoing professional development and to identify your early priorities and targets.
