Do I have to register all my users at once?
All users should be registered at the same time. Please note that logins for individuals registered at a later date will expire when the organisational licence expires.
What happens if one of my users leaves the organisation?
If you no longer wish this individual to have access to the LMI Learning module, the Licence administrator for the organisation should contact the NGRF LMI Learning team to have their login deleted. Any deleted accounts can not be used by another individual.
Can a new organisational member be registered at a later date?
Individuals can be added throughout the first year of your registration period up to your registration limit, but their logins will expire when the organisational licence expires.
